Global Gifts Travel Terms and Conditions

Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your government issued Identification or passport. NAME CHANGES AFTER REGISTRATION WILL RESULT IN A $100 NAME CHANGE FEE.

Rates are not guaranteed until your registration payment is received. The registration/deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.

 It is important for you to adhere to the monthly payment schedule to keep your reservation secure. Not paying on time can result in cancellation or possibly losing items within your chosen package. This applies to EACH guest on the reservation. 

It is solely up to each guest to keep up with the payment due dates and pay them on time. 

 It is highly recommended that you choose the auto-pay option so as to not miss a payment.

You MUST notify Global Gifts Travel of any missed or late payments to avoid automatic cancellation. We ask that you do this via email at Global Gifts Travel, and at your earliest convenience. If no contact has been made within 15 days, we will have no choice but to assume you have cancelled your reservation. Cancellation may result in a loss of funds for your vacation investment.

The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate. 

Unless otherwise specified, all HOSTED GROUP TRIPS are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

All INITIAL DEPOSTS are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Individual Group Travel requests will require a six (6) or ten (10) room minimum AND a $200 per person deposit, prior to Global Gifts travel securing any group contracts. 

Group Contracts that fall below the minimum requirements, will result in a cancellation of the group.  Individual Group Deposits are 100% non-refundable.

 Room assignments are at the hotel’s discretion and can change at any time. Global Gifts Travel CANNOT guarantee room locations/bedding type.  Global Gifts Travel will make every effort to negotiate room upgrades and/or amenities due to any hotel implemented changes.  

Global Gifts Travel will NOT be responsible for flight changes, delays, or cancellations. These are things beyond our control.

The itinerary is subject to change.

Itinerary and Confirmation email will go out two weeks before your arrival date. 

 We reserve the right to make any changes to the vendors, itinerary and/or entertainment line-up.  Changes are guaranteed to be of equal or better value and experience, at no additional cost to you. 

 Global Gifts Travel will NOT be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package.

Global Gifts Travel shall not be liable, for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or indirect, sustained because of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, an act of God, pandemics, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason that is beyond our control.

Mutual Respect Agreement

At Global Gifts Travel, we are committed to fostering an enjoyable, respectful, and harmonious environment for all guests. To ensure a positive experience, all participants are expected to maintain courteous and respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, hosts, staff, and local communities.

If any guest’s behavior disrupts the harmony of the group, violates local laws, or is deemed inappropriate by Global Gifts Travel, we reserve the right to take necessary action. This may include removal from group activities, relocation of accommodation, or termination of the individual’s participation in the trip without refund. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such actions will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Should any disputes arise regarding this policy, Global Gifts Travel will handle the matter through a review process. By participating in this trip, guests acknowledge and agree to this clause.

To ensure the desired group synergy, Global Gifts Travel reserves every right to accept, reject or expel any individual, prior to travel or during travel, who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger(s) being removed.  All unused services are non-refundable.
