Global Gifts Travel, LLC Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Global Gifts Travel, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to assist with your travel planning. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) and Global Gifts Travel, LLC. By booking travel services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services
Global Gifts Travel, LLC acts as a travel advisor, securing reservations with third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or errors.

2. Commitment Fees and Payment Terms
  • Commitment Fees: A non-refundable Commitment Fee is required before any research, proposals, or reservations are initiated. This fee compensates for time and administrative services and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation prior to service delivery. The Commitment Fee is separate from travel payments and is not applied toward your trip balance.
  • Payments: Payment schedules will be outlined during the booking process. It is your responsibility to adhere to payment deadlines. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Final Payment: Final payments must be received by the stated due date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or cancellation.

3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Name Changes
  • Hosted Group Trips:
    • All hosted group trips are fully non-refundable, without exception.
    • one-time name change is permitted up until the final payment date at no additional charge. After final payment, no changes are permitted.
  • All Other Trips:
    • Deposits are fully non-refundable.
    • Refunds for additional payments (beyond the deposit) are subject to Supplier policies and are not guaranteed.
  • Travel Insurance:
    • Travel protection is strongly recommended. Clients who decline travel insurance assume full responsibility for any financial loss.

4. Changes to Travel Plans (Supplier Changes)
Suppliers may alter or cancel services due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., operational changes, weather events, natural disasters). Global Gifts Travel will make every reasonable effort to assist but assumes no liability for Supplier changes, cancellations, or disruptions.

4A. Client Changes After Booking
Once travel arrangements are confirmed, any changes requested by the Client (such as itinerary adjustments, traveler substitutions, or reservation modifications) may be subject to additional fees, in accordance with Supplier policies and administrative time incurred. Global Gifts Travel, LLC will provide an estimate of such fees prior to making changes whenever possible.

5. Responsibility and Liability
Global Gifts Travel, LLC is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other irregularities caused by Suppliers or third parties. Clients agree to hold Global Gifts Travel harmless against any claims arising from third-party acts or omissions.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
  • Verifying all travel documentation (passports, visas, health requirements, etc.).
  • Meeting entry requirements for all destinations.
  • Reviewing all travel documents and itineraries promptly and reporting discrepancies immediately.
  • Adhering to all Supplier policies, local laws, and customs.

7. Force Majeure
Global Gifts Travel, LLC is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, weather events, labor disputes, Supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued by Global Gifts Travel, LLC. Clients are strongly encouraged to secure comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate such risks.

8. Mutual Respect Clause
Global Gifts Travel, LLC is committed to providing exceptional service in a professional, respectful environment. We expect the same from our clients. Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward our team or Suppliers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration located in Maryland.

10. Photography & Media Release
By participating in a trip organized by Global Gifts Travel, LLC, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in photographs, videos, or other media captured during travel experiences for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, without compensation or further approval.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, confirming a reservation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your booking.
