GLOBAL GIFTS TRAVEL, LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective December 1, 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern all travel services arranged by Global Gifts Travel, LLC (“GGT,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking with GGT, you (“traveler,” “client,” or “guest”) acknowledge and agree to all terms below. These policies ensure clarity, protect all parties, and allow us to deliver a seamless travel experience.
1. BOOKING POLICIES
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit as stated on the trip’s registration page.
Pricing is per person unless otherwise specified.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that names provided match government-issued ID or passport. Any costs arising from errors are the traveler’s responsibility.
Payment plans (when offered) must follow the stated schedule. After two missed payments, reservations may be canceled without refund.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made to GGT or our suppliers are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for permitted name changes outlined below.
Payments must be made using approved payment methods listed on the booking page.
Late payments may incur fees or cancellation.
Payment processing fees are charged by the payment vendor and are passed directly to the client. These fees are not controlled by GGT.
3. NAME CHANGES
Name changes are allowed up to the day of departure, making the ticket transferable.
All name change requests must be submitted in writing.
Additional vendor or supplier fees may apply.
Once a name is changed, the original traveler forfeits all rights to the reservation.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason, including illness, work conflicts, schedule changes, or personal emergencies.
This strict policy protects group integrity, contracted inventory, and prepaid vendor components.
Refunds will only be issued if the supplier provides a refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, fees, or penalties.
Any refund due will be returned to the original form of payment.
5. TRAVEL PROTECTION
Travel protection is HIGHLY recommended for all travelers.
Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own policy that meets their needs (cancellation, delays, medical, baggage, etc.).
Declining travel protection means the traveler accepts full responsibility for any financial loss.
6. ROOMMATE POLICIES
Travelers booking double occupancy are responsible for securing their own roommate.
If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler must:
Find a replacement roommate OR
Pay the difference for single occupancy.
No refunds or credits will be issued for roommate cancellations.
7. TRIP DOCUMENTATION
Travelers must possess valid passports (where applicable), IDs, visas, and health documents.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date when traveling internationally.
Failure to meet documentation requirements may result in denied boarding without refund.
8. CHANGES BY GLOBAL GIFTS TRAVEL
We reserve the right to:
Modify itineraries
Substitute hotels, transportation, or activities
Adjust departure times
Replace inclusions with items of equal or greater value
These changes may occur due to supplier issues, weather, safety concerns, or factors beyond our control.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelers agree to:
Arrive on time for all departures
Follow instructions provided by GGT staff or vendors
Maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers and staff
Monitor email for trip updates and final instructions
Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
10. SPECIAL NEEDS & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Travelers with medical, mobility, or dietary needs must notify us prior to booking.
GGT will make reasonable efforts to communicate needs to suppliers but cannot guarantee accommodations.
Travelers are responsible for managing medications, equipment, and personal care needs.
11. LIABILITY RELEASE
By booking, travelers agree that GGT:
Is not liable for injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, delays, or interruptions caused by third parties or events outside our control.
Is not responsible for acts of God, weather, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or supplier defaults.
Acts solely as an agent between the traveler and suppliers.
Travelers agree to hold GGT harmless from all claims, damages, or losses.
BUS TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
12. BUS BOARDING, DEPARTURE & RETURN
Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. Travelers must arrive on time.
Buses leave promptly at the scheduled time—no exceptions.
No alternate pickup points are offered unless stated in writing.
If a traveler misses the bus, no refund or credit will be issued.
13. SEATING + MOTORCOACH RULES
Seats are first-come, first-served unless designated otherwise.
For safety: aisles must remain clear, and standing while the bus is in motion is prohibited.
Travelers must follow all motorcoach instructions.
Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
14. ALCOHOL, CONDUCT & SAFETY
Reasonable, responsible alcohol consumption is permitted on board.
Excessive drinking, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that jeopardizes safety is prohibited.
Illegal substances of any kind are strictly forbidden.
15. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Traffic, road closures, weather, or mechanical issues may cause delays.
GGT is not responsible for missed activities, shortened time at destinations, or extended travel time caused by such delays.
16. LOST ITEMS
GGT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items on buses or at destinations.
Travelers are encouraged to keep valuables on their person.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking any GGT trip, the traveler acknowledges:
They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
They understand all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They accept responsibility for meeting deadlines and providing accurate information.
