Global Gifts Travel highly recommends that you purchase travel protection for your experience.
A valid, unexpired Government-issued ID is required for check-in.
A credit card will be required at check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals and charges.
A full day-to-day itinerary will be provided before the start of the trip.
Payment Policy:
Payments made to Global Gifts Travel, LLC are firm and cannot be refunded or transferred. Our binding contracts with service providers, ensuring the best rates for you, prevent us from availing refunds.

Pricing Volatility:

Name Alterations:
Name changes on the reservation are permitted with a fee of $100 before the final payment date, alongside any vendor-specific charges.
Name changes will not be allowed within 30 days of departure.
Late Payment Protocol:
A late fee of $50 per person applies for payments received after the due date listed on your payment plan.
This charge is automatically added the day after your due date. All requests for delayed payments require approval from the Global Gifts Travel, LLC executive team prior to the final payment deadline.
Reinstatement Protocol:
A reinstatement fee of $250 per booking applies.
